Your experience
- Bachelor degree in finance, business, engineering or similar.
- At least 7-10 years of previous experience with large corporate clients, global financial institutions, top consulting companies or software providers.
- Profound knowledge of the most innovative solutions for the treasuries of CIB clients.
- Fluent in English.

Within BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Transaction Banking (GTB) empowers clients (large corporates, multinational subsidiaries and financial institutions) to find optimal solutions for their payments, collections and liquidity management around the world. They also cover clients’ foreign-trade, equity and working-capital requirements. It is an international business that is driven by innovation and technology.
The sophistication of the needs in terms of solutions for our clients' Corporate Treasuries and the emergence of new regulations and competitors in both cross border and local payments have been the reason why at GTB we have created a new team, Cross Border Payments & Cash Management Solutions, dedicated to working with BBVA´s Enterprise Client Solutions and the rest of the GTB teams in defining our future value proposition for clients of Sustainability & Corporate & Investment Banking in these areas. The Senior Vice President we are looking for will play a key role in this exciting task.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Global Head of Cross Border Payments & Cash Management Solutions you will collaborate in the following tasks assigned to the newly created area:

- Participate in the definition of cross border payments and cash management solutions for Sustainability & Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Clients.
- Anticipate the deliveries of cross border payments and cash management functionalities and prepare, together with Global Transaction Banking's Cash Management (CM) and International Financial Institutions (IFI) teams, the necessary elements for the commercial launch of these new capabilities.
- Anticipate market trends through an analysis of the competition and the environment.
- Help develop a complete vision, together with the CM and IFI teams of Global Transaction Banking and the Enterprise Client Solutions (ECS) teams of the BBVA Group, both at a global and local level, of the development roadmap.
- Participate directly or indirectly in prioritization exercises at the Global level and know and influence prioritization at the local level through the local CM and IFI teams.
- Relate with internal and external stakeholders including:
A. Fronting with clients together with teams from bankers and specialists.
B. Work with ECS.
C. Develop marketing actions related to the CM Product Value Offer and Cross Border Payments for CIB Clients.
