**What are we looking for?**:
Actualmente buscamos un **Services, Operations & Maintenance Engineer** que se integre en nuestro departamento de **Network Operations & Manteinance**, realizando las siguientes funciones:

- Administración de plataformas de servicios (CCS, NGIN, IMS, Core): tarificación online, servicios avanzados de telefonía VPN, mensajería SMS y otros servicios de valor añadido (servicios de locución, avisos de llamadas perdidas etc.)
- Gestión y resolución de las incidencias de Plataforma
- Resolución incidencias de cliente, facturación, provisión, servicio
- Gestión de cambios, preparar, planificar y verificar
- Pruebas, aceptación y lanzamiento de nuevos servicios
- Realización de mantenimientos preventivos (Sanity)
**Centro de trabajo: Madrid o Alicante.**
**Requisitos**
- Grado /Licenciatura en Ingeniería (telecomunicaciones, informática)
- Experiência en Operaciones y en gestión de Servicios (facturación, provisión, voz, datos, 3G, 4G)
- Experiência en Servicios de Voz, con arquitecturas IMS, Circuitos, Volte.
- Experiência en flujos de cobro de cliente tanto de datos, voz, contenidos (Netflix, HBO,..) eventos (SMS,..)
- Nível de inglés alto, ya que operamos infraestructura local pero nuestra infraestructura de red se gestiona globalmente.
**Por las características de nuestras funciones, nos organizamos en turnos rotativos de mañana (7h a 15h) y tarde (14h a 20h) con disponibilidad nocturna una semana cada 5 semanas aproximadamente.**
