**About the job**

As an Administrator IT-Workplace Services, you will support the regional IT Workplace Services team and the global IT Operation Team at our site Oviedo. In this position, you will directly report to the Head of IT Workplace Europe. You will be responsible
- and the main point of contact for all site-specific installation, maintenance, and documentation activities of the IT infrastructure (network, server, and client).

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Provision of IT infrastructure basis for digitalization and information security
- Problem management (error analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation) for all IT infrastructure is-sues in cooperation with the IT Operation team.
- 1st and 2nd level IT support (by phone, in writing, and in person)
- Planning, coordination, and ensuring productive operational management
of the local IT infrastructure.
- Budgeting and investment planning for all IT infrastructure projects at the location, taking into account group/company-wide investment and budget guidelines.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education, knowledge & skills**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or any technical field of similar relevance
- Advanced technical infrastructure configuration/customization and operations skills (design client/server architecture, personal computer, messaging, intranet)

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Spanish - Proficient/Fluent

**Work Experience**
- Advanced experience in IT operations, configuration, and IT infrastructure processes (e.g., Microsoft client/server operation, Microsoft maintenance/deployment tools, patching and virtualization with VMware, etc.)
- Experience in IT end-user support (1st and 2nd level)
- Experience in Microsoft system environments (Active Directory, DHCP, File Services)
- Experience in network technologies and information security are beneficial
- Practical experience in a project environment is beneficial
