Actualmente estamos seleccionando un Ethics & Compliance Consultant con las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades:

- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos, los requerimientos legales y del sector.
- Asesorar a las áreas de negocio respecto a sus riesgos de compliance.
- Desarrollar e implementar programas de formación y sensibilización de compliance.
- Participar en proyectos estratégicos tales como nuevos territorios, nuevos productos y digitalización.
- Monitorizar riesgos de compliance e implantar mejoras continuas.
- Elaborar reportes internos y externos.
- Colaborar en auditorías.

**Challenge Compliance**: Equipo relativamente nuevo, oportunidad de seguir construyendo un equipo corporativo, tomando decisiones y bajando la estrategia a filiales y partners.

**Scope posición**: Europa

**Requisitos**:

- Formación académica en Derecho complementada, preferiblemente, por máster de Compliance.
- Idiomas: Nível alto inglés.
- Experiência aproximada: 5 años en sector Farmacéutico o afín.
- Experiência reportando Internacionalmente.
- Competencias deseables: trabajo en equipo, comunicación, empatía, habilidades interpersonales, capacidad para tratar con personas en diferentes níveles de jerarquía e influir con sus opiniones; responsabilidad; eficiencia y proactividad.
