This role will help achieve our purpose of reimagining medicine for patients, healthcare professionals and systems by supporting the local Ethics, Risk & Compliance function through designing (local) and implementing (global and local) Ethics Risk and Compliance Program through the franchises and functions of the division.

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Enabling and driving the local divisional ERC program through business partnering with the franchises and functions, supporting decision making, giving advice and training to associates when needed. Specially supporting franchises and some functions on day-to-day activities and relevant projects under the scope of professional practices (internal P3) and external regulations related to professional practices (commercial and non-commercial activities).
- Supporting the implementation of the local divisional ERC program through policy/tool/controls implementation at local level (AB, TPRM, P3, CoI,: Anti-bribery, Third party risk management, Professional Practices Policy and Conflict of Interest) and local developments, codes and regulations).
- Supporting the roll out plans for new ERC internal policies, guidelines, projects or tools; support roll out plans of new local regulations or guidelines.
- Supporting RAM and ERM, Data analytics and monitoring activities, executed by ERC local divisional team.
- Supporting design and implementation of the local training plan & global training plans (follow up of e-training curriculum for existing associates and new hires).
- Supporting development and update of relevant processes and procedures

- Education: Economics or Law Degree.
- Expertise either in risks (audits, analytical approach, etc) or in governance (legal, criminal, etc.)
- An advantage would be: Compliance or Ethics & Risk master or post graduate degree.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in management of compliance programs and risk technical knowledge.
- Fluent communication in both Spanish and English.
