Top Doctors is a leader in identifying elite doctors and medical centres, currently operating in seven countries. We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our UK team.
Are you motivated, dedicated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail? You need to be able to cope in a high energy, multidisciplinary, multinational environment.
We are offering a great opportunity on a national and international level, to work on a rapidly expanding health project, in a competitive market. We are a dynamic, young and professional team.
**Your role**:
- Daily communication with doctors, clinic and patients
- Ongoing modification of customer care journey and system
- Using our online systems to track, follow up and complete booking processes
- Feedback to higher management on a process and a role that will be evolving and developing
**Minimum requirements**:
- NIE
- You must have a very high level of English, native level (minimum required level: C1)
- Polite, friendly and a clear communicator
- Previous experience in customer care essential
- Office proficient
- Proactive attitude, committed, with attention to detail
