Brand & Marketing Executive

What You'll Do:
Provide support for a key IMG Licensing client, focusing on brand and product marketing management. This role will report to the Senior Vice President and is based in the Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Licensee Management:
- Monitor sample approvals and deliveries and coordinate product and packaging approvals- Support the licensees with the design approval process to ensure adherence of branding guidelines- Monitor, track and analyze royalty reports on an ongoing basis

Brand Management:
- Creating and updating brand materials and presentations- Research consumer and industry trends

Marketing:
- Assist the brand team in planning and executing marketing initiatives, this may involve digital, photoshoots, tradeshows and PR

Team Support:
- Contribute towards the success of the team by sharing knowledge and providing general administrative assistance- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths- Relevant degree (such as Marketing, International Business)- Ideally previous brand management and/or marketing knowledge gained within an agency, brand owner or licensee.- Interest and understanding of international business- Interest and understanding of what brand extension/Licensing is and its purpose- Ability to work in multiple industries and markets- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work on multiple projects and processes- Excellent organizational skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Good numeracy skills- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships- Ability to communicate perfectly in English- Can work autonomously and as part of a team- Strong interpersonal skills

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- Working hours are 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday from the Madrid office
- The role may require travel and the need to work early/late hours depending on project or client needs.
