**Account Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) - Zona Norte**

**Location**: Zona Norte (Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra y La Rioja)
**Salary**: Depends on experience; includes a 30% commission scheme and full benefits package.

We are now looking for an (experienced) **Account Manager CRM** to join our team in Northern Spain. You will take ownership of a strategic region, partnering with leading hospitals and clinicians to strengthen relationships, drive therapy adoption, and deliver exceptional value to customers.

This is a highly technical role, ideal for someone with solid experience in CRM and a consultative, partnership-oriented mindset.

**Your new role**

As **Account Manager CRM**, you will be responsible for managing a defined group of key hospital accounts across Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja. Your focus will be on maintaining and growing existing partnerships, ensuring clinical and commercial excellence across your region.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, clinical, and marketing, and collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists, Strategic Account Managers, and Key Account Managers to provide tailored solutions that support both clinicians and patients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing commercial activities in your region, from tenders to account planning and contract negotiations.
- Strengthening relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders.
- Identifying and executing local opportunities to grow market share for the CRM portfolio.
- Coordinating with Field Clinical Specialists to ensure high-quality clinical support and customer satisfaction.
- Acting as a trusted partner to hospitals, combining technical expertise with strategic insight.
- Occasionally supporting in the OR when needed to ensure optimal product use and outcomes.

**What you bring**

You are a commercially driven and technically skilled professional with a strong background in cardiac rhythm management. You thrive on collaboration, value long-term relationships, and enjoy working closely with clinicians to deliver meaningful impact.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- At least **2 years of sales or account management** experience in MedTech or pharma.
- ** Solid knowledge of CRM produc**ts, therapies, and procedures (mandatory).
- Experience supporting clinical procedures in the operating room.
- Familiarity with local healthcare systems, tender processes, and purchasing departments.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- ** Fluency in Spanish** and English.
- Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally across Spain.
