**Job description**:

- As a digital customer support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include:

- Assuring the quality and user-friendliness of our products by putting the customer's needs on the first place
- Analyzing the incoming support items and defining actions to reduce the number of tickets.
- This job description is not a limited list: you make suggestions on how to improve our processes, products and interactions.

**Requested skills**:

- Focus on the end user with good & friendly communication skills;
- Written proficiency in the following languages: Dutch, French and preferably also German;
- English will be used as a main communication language within the company;
- Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus. The ability to assess the user’s situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
- Curious, a need to figure out how things work (investigate);
- Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories;
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills;
- Able to handle complaints and challenging customers;
- Handle technical queries, and improve the knowledge base;
- Team player who is able to work efficient and independently;
- Hands-on mentality, getting the things done;
- Working independently in a structured approach;
- Open to learn and have new experiences;
- You have between 1 and 4 years of experience.
