**We are currently looking for an HR Assistant with 2 years of experience to undertake a variety of HR duties.**

He/she will support our HR team in Madrid taking on human resources responsibilities such as:

- Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, job fairs including interviews and issuing employment contracts.
- Responsible for Internships: University agreements, recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefit programs.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars.
- Drafting internal HR Communications & Social Media branding.
- Compiling and maintaining paper and electronic employee records including Workday updates.

**Educational background required**:

- University degree is a must and specific studies in Human Resources are also required.
- English level: Advanced (C1) minimum
- Workday platform experience will be highly valuable

**Skills**:

- Team player attitude and proactivity
- Working under pressure
