**Propósito de la posición..**

Desarrollar el Route-To-Market, mediante red de Distribuidores Aliados Nestlé (DANs), hacia la forma más efectiva y eficiente para lograr una ventaja competitiva sostenida, tanto desde el punto de vista estratégico como operativo.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Gestionar, analizar y controlar la información de los KPIs de distribución de las zonas/territorios a nível nacional en las Distribuidoras.
- Gestionar y controlar los lineamientos de RTM hacia los distribuidores.
- Desarrollar y gestionar el plan de rutas para la zona/territorio que corresponda de acuerdo al plan comercial.
- Coordinar y gestionar el modelo comercial excellence en las distribuidoras (Rutinas/Metodologías).
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución de lineamiento del Modelo y/o Contrato de Servicio (RTM), como la identificación de oportunidades de nuestros distribuidores.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora de eficiencia y efectividad por parte de los distribuidores.

**Lo que te hará exitoso(a)**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o ramas afines.
- Experiência de 3 años en ventas.
- Experiência en proyectos, análisis de KPIS, análisis de mercado y/o afines.
- Experiência en manejo de distribuidoras, fuerza de ventas, análisis de rutas, visibilidad en el punto de venta.
- Conocimiento de Power BI Intermedio - Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de Excel - Avanzado.
- Nível de Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.
