Role objective:
As a member of ADP CSL Global Payroll organization, the Sr. Partner Integration Engineer main objective is to
- assist ADP Partners and In-Country Providers (ICPs) with the technical deployment of ADP CSL Products and tools
- ensure ADP Partners ICPs undertake effective, accurate and timely actions to adopt and comply with technical/
Product new ADP CSL requirements, in close relationship with the regional teams managing executive relations
and operational delivery of ADP's Partner Network.
- work in close collaboration with ADP Global Product and Technology (GPT) teams (e.g. GPT Product Management,
GPT Product development, GPT Integration, etc.) and co-contribute to the enhancement of ADP CSL products and
solutions by gathering voicing and channeling to this team Partner´s feedback, suggestions and requirements for
product/tools enhancements.
- Coach and support other team members on specific technical and functional matters
Among other tasks, this role will be strongly focused on ensuring the creation and agreement of an effective Technical
integration data scope design for ADP Celergo Partner´s Platforms at country/cross-country level, in adherence to the ADP
Celergo Streamline strategy
The Partner Integration Engineers´ team owns the Platform integration expertise in the CSL organization, to be a valuable
business partner for the Global Payroll Experts & Compliance Team within the developing and integration of new Services
and Solutions in the Partner Network as well as supporting the Regional Operational teams in achieving business
deliverables based on Technical Platforms topics.
This role also is interpreting the Global Payroll and Product strategies and transferring them into a solid Network Platform
Technical Integration Country scope, in alignment with the ADP Universal Connector scope and capabilities for ADP Celergo
Portal
**Responsibilities**:
1- Integration Configuration and Support
- To successfully drive and manage all related aspects of Partner´s technical integration/adoption of ADP CSL Product/s
(e.g. ADP Celergo Portal) and impacts to partners (ADP Partners / external Partners / ICPs)
- Seeks out opportunities to leverage best practices to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
ADP Streamline - Proprietary and Confidential Information Communication
- Understands when delivered tools are not able to meet Partner requirements, and recommends partners how to
adapt to use delivered tools
- Collaborates internally to resolve and respond to Partner inquiries or issues on ADP Product (e.g. ADP Celergo Portal).
- Ability to influence and guide Partners to ADP best practice and standard solution adoption of ADP products.
- Ensures that all technical Onboarding outstanding items are resolved timely and/or tracked
2- Partner Support
- Leverages domain expertise and industry leading best practices in order to provide consultation during analysis and
recommend optimal long term solution design.
- Collects, documents, manages, understands and communicates business and technical requirements for projects.
- Gathers MNC Partners needs on ADP product´s (ADP Celergo Portal). Translates those needs into Global Payroll
requirements specifications and prioritization before submission to Product Management
- Works closely with project managers and Partners to obtain sign-off on functional specification.
- Collaborates with others to translate requirements into functional specifications
3- Project Coordination:
- Understands project scope, timelines and budget and is able to recognize triple constraint risks and addresses or
escalate appropriately.
- Provides status reports and updates to Project Manager and other project team members appropriately.
- Manages individual work stream work plan and is able to identify risks to plan. Ensure issues and risks are
documented and work with team members to resolve.
- Collaborates with the Partner project team to ensure impact of decisions and approaches are viewed across the
solution work streams.
- Has an understanding of dependencies and workflow intersections. Able to talk at a high level about the various
components and the touch points between them.
