Local Unit & Position Description:
The **Supply Chain & Product Assurance** division combines breakthrough technology and best-in-class Assessment & Advisory services, enabling DNV to be a valued partner of choice for many of the world’s leading brands. The **Country Manager Iberia** will play a critical part in ensuring that the local strategy is adhered to and the team in Iberia are positioned correctly to assist both new and existing clients with their transformation agenda, partnering with them on their journey to a more digitalized, green, safe and circular economy.

This position will have responsibility for and deliver upon the commercial plan and targets, as approved by the ELT. The Country Manager will grow a talented and ambitious team of Consultants that are focused on selling and executing Digital, Supply Chain, Product Assurance and Advisory services. You will utilise your strong domain knowledge across the digital arena, and your accomplished Sales acumen, to manage and inspire the team to continuously look at innovative ways to develop business across Iberia.

This is an exciting opportunity, for a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial Manager, to take on a Managerial role, within a growing, dynamic business. You will have the responsibility and opportunity to engage with many of the world’s leading brands across a variety of sectors, to scope, sell and deliver an abundance of innovative digital and assurance solutions.

Alongside the above, some fundamental performance targets include delivery of:

- Achieve or exceed target Sales performance for Iberia
- Achieve or exceed target Revenue performance for Iberia
- Achieve or exceed target EBITA performance for Iberia
**Tasks may include**:

- Define and put in place strategies and actions to meet P&L, Sales & Revenue targets
- Inspire, influence, motivate, and grow a collaborative Sales team
- Ensure partnerships are established across the organisation, paving the way for a harmonious sales and delivery operation
- Reporting on country performance metrics on a regular basis with detailed overview on status, risks and opportunities.
- Forecasting ahead for monthly and quarterly performance
- Set an example to follow by personally initiating project leads and actively pursuing opportunities
- Manage the day to day business and people in Iberia
- Analyse market trend information to recommend changes to practices and policies and improve market positioning
- Ensure positive engagement across Iberia
- Analyse performance of Sales team on an individual and unit basis and make suggestions to improve and develop skills, experience and overall performance

Position Qualifications:
**Demonstrated track record in the following areas**:

- Strong experience of managing and developing a sales function
- Understanding of and alignment with DNV Supply Chain & Product Assurance strategy including a passion for digital technologies related to trust, transparency and the digital transformation of supply chains
- Demonstrable history of working in sales with a natural ability to build relationships across a varied client portfolio
- Experience across areas including, but not limited to - Product Assurance, Food & Beverage, Sustainability, Supply Chain, ESG, Cyber Security, Functional Safety and Medical Devices
- Proven track record of managing performance and growth
- Able to make timely and informed decisions
- Results oriented and with high focus on delivery
- Ability to simplify and get things done
- Flexible and service-minded
- Relationship building excellence (internally and externally)
- Ability to interact and cooperate across our global organization
- Willingness and ability to travel local and international
- A commitment to DNV’s leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience required; higher-level education (Master’s) preferred
