**Job Description**:
As **Business analyst**, you'll be reporting to our IT manager and responsible for identifying problems, evaluating processes, searching and validating information, reviewing internal processes within various computer programs to ensure the correct internal flow, determining requirements, and delivering reports and recommendations based on data.

**Project management**:

- Portfolio management with priorization attending global business needs.
- Managing team members to meet project schedule on time and cost.
- Developing internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.
- Understanding the components of running a successful project.
**Computer programming, analysis, and solution definition**:

- Understanding organizations direction, structure, and requirements.
- Understanding business processes and their relationships.
- Defining & developing accurate and complete test plans.
- Preparing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
- Salesforce administration: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Illustrator scripts: Creation and maintenance of the scripts that are launched with Illustrator to carry out different automations.
- Management of different custom programs which defines the automatic flow of the artworks from its creation until the production process.
- Control version of source code and Devops using Git, GitLab and Jenkings.
- Supporting help desk in the solution of process issues using system tools and assuring integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Digital design, technical or higher degree in IT engineering is a must
- Fluent in English
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required
- Knowledge of graphic design programs such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop will be appreciated
- Color Profile management knowledge will be appreciated
- Programming knowledge of the following programs: C#.NET, Javascript, PHP, Symfony, and Node.js will be appreciated
- Sales Force Administration knowledge will be appreciated
