Ecolab is seeking a **Logistics Analyst **to join our Ecolab Supply Chain team. Reporting to material manager and under the guidance of the logistics leadership, you will be a part of the operational team dedicated to solving the occurring materials shortages impact and help Ecolab to mitigate the risks to our customers.

Your expertise in logistics and warehousing space will help the team to work out the cost-effective solutions. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver, who will be an integral part of our Material Management organization. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements to help us stabilize and embed the responses to materials shortages scenarios into day-to-day operations.

**What You Will**:

- Be playing an integral part in a newly set up team to manage the response to material shortages scenarios in order to protect customers needs
- Analyse available data and propose the most efficient and effective logistics solutions to protect customer service and costs
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Develop close relationships with Ecolab’s vendors and operate with them efficiently in line with contract terms and hold them accountable for delivering agreed service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related field
- Fluent in english
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
- SAP experience
- Previous project management experience
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams
