**Description**:
**Typical Tasks**:
Project Management Office tasks
Supports the projects initiation and pre-sales tasks, including the admin processes to enable a project and SOW / Non-Standard Services Proposal generation/finalization.
Consultative support to Sales-AM/Sales/Product Specialist on how to quote enterprise Standard
- and non-Standard services. Technical and financial check of new orders
Coordination of Pre-Sales Requests (monitoring Requests; follow-up on approvals)
Provide advice to Business Center on SAP quote creation and order management
Managing Invoicing and revenue release processes
Works closely with Schedule Co-ordinators, field delivery teams, business centre, and 3rd party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services for assigned customers.
Communication with Solution Unit (Product owners)

Customer Project Management tasks
Continuous improvement support at established customer accounts
Manages and participate to Enterprise services processes optimization projects
Supports program manager in delivery of customer success at named accounts
Manages and performs project activities dealing with LabInformatics, Asset monitoring, iLab, Computer System Validation.

Subject Matter Expert - In Support of Global and Regional Strategic Initiatives
Participate in assigned projects as a Subject Matter Expert in specialized areas of expertise
Provide support to the Enterprise business to manage key internal and external projects of the services business in EMEAI.
Establish effective teamwork within and across functions

Accountabilities
Meet assigned project performance metrics and goals
Support the Program management function to develop and Implement custom delivery solutions
Support the success of Enterprise services, working with program managers, for assigned functional responsibilities e.g.; Asset Monitoring or other new product initiatives
Prepare customer facing documents as required in conjunction with the Program manager
Uses expertise and knowledge to provide EMEAI resource to assigned LED Initiatives

Customer retention and satisfaction
On time project delivery within agreed scope etc

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 2 to 4 years work experience

Project Management qualification or proven experience in managing complex project deployment

System and Data entry skills, strong attention and follow-up of details

Good Collaboration/Interpersonal and decision-making skills

Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

Strong Persuasion, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills

Fluent English; multiple European languages preferred

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
