**"Algorithmics" is an international (77+ countries) school of mathematics and programming. Our main audience - children from 5 to 17 years old. We are one of the best EdTech projects: Forbes, Inc. and others write about us.** Every year we have 2-3 times as many students in Algorithmics as the previous year. We are growing fast, and we regularly have new products and areas to work on and develop with the company. You can work with us remotely and on a flexible schedule. We are result oriented, but human relationships are important to us. We are looking for the manager on development of partners who will help franchisee-partners of Algorithmika to launch schools of programming in their countries, to lead partners on planned indicators. Duration of the launch - 1,5-3 months. The main skill for the position is knowledge and practice of sales technology at the expert level. **Responsibilities**: **Train franchisee partners**: - Basic sales techniques, dialogue with clients; - Understand our courses and skillfully select the program that really fits; - Identify and form client needs, select the best course for the client, conduct a presentation of the course; - Accompany the client from the first contact to the first lesson in Algorithmics. - Track sales funnel metrics - Influence the increase in conversion from lead to sales. - Lead work in AmoCRM and other Algorithmics platforms - Participate in building the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development system for the franchisee partner team; - Participate in building a system of sales and marketing partners, taking into account cross-country differences - Provide mini-training on sales and product for franchisee partners; - Ensure the growth of franchisee-partner indicators, the implementation of plans; - And, of course, it is important to build a transparent, trusting relationship between the new franchisee and headquarters and inspire the partner to further develop and exceed target training group enrollment plans **Requirements**: - Excellent communication skills (ability to get your way and lead without causing rejection); - 1 year of successful experience in personal selling (b2c-sales, expert consultative sales, negotiations); - Good theoretical background, mastery of modern sales approaches; - Understanding of principles of sales funnel construction and management of all conversions; - Knowledge of marketing tools. - Lead generation (offline and online); - Commercial Knowledge. - Understanding of principles and fundamentals of unit economics; - Good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish. **Conditions**: - We can work remotely and flexibly; - One of the best EdTech projects in Russia: Forbes, Inc. and others write about us; - We are growing fast, and we regularly have new products and areas to work on and develop together with the company; **Salary**: 1,000.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English/Spanish (required)
