**FUNCTIONS**: Como parte de su plan estratégico, estamos actualmente seleccionando un Brand Manager Lead cuya misión será la creación, desarrollo e implementación de una estrategia global de marca para impulsar la misma en los mercados. Reportando al Director Comercial y Marketing Global, serás responsable de definir la estrategia y palancas de la marca coordinando con las unidades de negocio globales y locales. Entre otras, destacamos las siguientes responsabilidades: - Diseño, definición y revisión de la marca globalmente. - Construcción de marca alineado con los objetivos de la compañía y necesidades de los mercados. - Coordinación con las unidades de negocio y equipo de diseño, comunicación, social media y desarrollo de producto. - Investigación de competidores, posicionamiento y percepción de la marca. - Análisis de las tendencias del mercado y posicionar la marca estratégicamente en diferentes canales. - Diseñar la estrategia de marca a nível digital y offline. - Desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing dirigidas a comunicar el mensaje y valores de marca. - Comunicar interna y externamente la personalidad de la marca y alinearla con la empresa. - Control, seguimientos e informes sobre el desarrollo de las campañas. Para ello, buscamos el siguiente conocimiento y experiência: - Grado en Marketing o ADE; se valorará Master en Marketing / Digital - Experiência mínima 10 años en puesto similar liderando la gestión de marcas en FMCG/ Juguetes o similares. - Experiência en proyectos de transformación digital. - Capacidad de organización, aptitud de comunicación, con alta capacidad analítica y mentalidad estratégica. - Iniciativa, creatividad y dinamismo. - Capacidad para adaptarse a los sistemas de trabajo de la organización - Alta capacidad e interés en el trabajo de equipo y capacidad de influencia. - Orientación a resultados. - Inglés muy alto hablado y escrito. - Disposición a traslado a Murcia.
