Participa en la ejecución de procesos operativos del área con el objetivo de cumplir los estándares de calidad y productividad definidos y comprometidos. Realiza determinadas tareas de procesos operativos del área de complejidad media o alta.

**About the job**:
**Principales responsabilidades**
- Ejecutar controles sobre la operativa de Digital Banks y productos de financiación, asegurando la integridad de los procesos y el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa.
- Utilizar programación en **SQL**y acceso a datos desde **ADA**para la elaboración de controles propios y pruebas de calidad de la información.
- Identificar eventos o situaciones con potencial impacto en los objetivos del área, proponiendo controles, métricas y planes de acción para mitigar riesgos.
- Colaborar con las unidades de negocio y el área de riesgos en la implementación y seguimiento de controles específicos.
- Elaborar informes sobre los controles realizados, destacando debilidades, incidencias o errores, y proponiendo medidas de mejora continua.
- Gestionar los riesgos asignados a través de la herramienta MIGRO y contribuir activamente en la mitigación de riesgos operacionales en colaboración con el RCA.

**Requisitos y habilidades**
- Formación académica: Ingeniería o ADE.
- Idiomas:

- Inglés: Avanzado (requisito imprescindible).
- Italiano o Alemán: valorable como plus.
- Experiência**:mínimo 3 años**en funciones relacionadas (Auditoría Interna, Control Interno o Consultoría orientada a control operativo).

**Conocimientos técnicos**:

- Programación en **SQL y Python**.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas Google Workspace y Microsoft Office.
- Se valorarán conocimientos en **Escenia/Nacar.**

**Competencias clave**:

- Alta capacidad de análisis y síntesis.
- Orientación al detalle y pensamiento crítico.
- Trabajo en equipo y habilidades de colaboración y comunicación transversal con equipos de diferentes geografías
