Medivet currently has more than 50 branches in Spain, being the vet group with the largest presence in the regions of Madrid, Alicante, and the Canary Islands.

**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Strategy & Business Control Team as an Associate. Reporting directly to the Spain CFO, with substantial growth potential within the company and exposure to both Medivet Spain and Medivet UK Management Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver the Spain Business Unit budget through leadership together with Operations Team.
- Play a key role on business performance monitoring, preparing accurate financial and management reports for operational management on a recurrent basis.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis on new initiatives to drive business performance and inform key decisions at a corporate strategy level. This involves completing complex analytical exercises, including advanced financial and valuation modelling.
- Participate in the operational and financial yearly budgeting process for the Spain BU.
- Assist in the analysis of potential investment opportunities in new clinics.
- Support the preparation of management presentations, board materials, memorandums, and other presentations for key stakeholders, including Spanish CEO, CFO and COO.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of work experience in Management/Business Consulting, FP&A, or Business Control roles in high-growth companies.
- Experience within a highly acquisitive multi-site PE-backed business, specially in the health-care environment, would be highly valued.
- Outstanding academic record.
- Multidisciplinary person with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, with resources to adapt to high-demand situations.
- Highly analytical, passionate about data and data-driven decision making.
- Very high level of English proficiency.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience with PowerBI and Corporate Performance Management tools such as OneStream, Oracle-Hyperion or Tagetik is a plus, but not mandatory for the position.
