**Description**:
We are seeking a seasoned **Senior Cloud Engineer** with extensive experience in Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and Terraform automation to manage projects for one of our most important clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in autonomous environments and excels in communication and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate software delivery workflows.
- Architect and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments in Azure.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams and customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure cloud platform.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services and solutions, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation.
- Proven ability to transform legacy environments to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar, are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
- We prefer someone located in Mallorca (or willing to relocate) who can combine in-office work with several days of remote work, but we can also consider the possibility of hiring someone willing to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Spain
