**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the Spanish market, focusing on achieving specific performance targets and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Spanish online gaming sector.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and campaign messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Manage budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal spend across channels to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially those relevant to the online gaming industry in Spain, and incorporate best practices into marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the central marketing team in Belgium.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly those specific to the Spanish market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing. Experience in the online gaming industry within the Spanish market is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
