Gl Accountant with German

International responsibility for all transactional closing and treasury processes as well as asset accounting processes.
- Leading the centralization of the accounting processes from the different countries to our Shared Service Centers in Barcelona & Germany.
- Document and review current processes in the company to identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate projects to standardize processes across the countries and identify best practices.
- Supporting and guiding our Shared Service Centers during the onboarding of new tasks.
- Define new standard policies across the organization.
Great opportunity in finance department of international company|Fluent level of German is a must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in R2R and good knowledge of General Accounting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German skills.
- Experience in handling projects.
- Affinity to understand processes and find possibilities to improve them
- Strong communicator with a high level of empathy.
- High analytical and also pragmatic way of working.
