The Customer Success Organization (CSO)

Delivering Customer Success is an important focus for Qlik and we are committed to delighting our customers at every interaction. Understanding our Customer’s needs, creating the right engagement for the right customer at the right time is key. The Customer Success Organization consists of Global Support, Customer Success Management, Global Renewals and Operations, collaborating as one team to ensure we understand customer needs, consumption, and outcomes, to create, deliver and manage a set of offerings that result in highly successful and loyal customers.

Senior Program Manager, Global Renewals role:
The Sr. Program Manager, Global Renewals will drive the execution of Qlik’s global renewal programs designed to help Qlik and our partners drive successful customer outcomes throughout the renewal customer journey.

This role is responsible for end-to-end management and execution of programs such as global renewal sales campaigns, global customer health assessment programs, renewal sales plays, and the management of our global renewal services organizations. This includes defining the scope of the programs, creating materials to support each program, coordinating closely with key stakeholders, preparing communications, conducting program enablement, and tracking/reporting results.

This position sits within the Global Renewal Sales team and offers exposure to various functions across the company and will have tremendous impact for Qlik.

Role Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Director of Global Renewal Sales to shape GTM strategy, build actionable plans to capture opportunities and maximize future revenue growth
- Own efforts to transform and systematize processes to drive improved renewal sales productivity and velocity
- Commence and run various complex cross-functional programs aimed at driving progress, increasing productivity and/or more efficiently scaling the business including third party vendor management
- Development and project management of programs from creation to reporting on results
- Maintain accurate project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks when needed
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop content specific to each program, including creative, call to action offers, enablement materials, and training
- Continually refine the content and execution strategy
- Manage vendor deliverables and quality
- Package and deliver program materials to key stakeholders on time to ensure successful execution and enablement, both internally and through our partners
- Program Enablement and Rollout
- Provide ongoing communications cadence of program updates, milestones, etc. to stakeholders
- Provide content and materials for internal site(s) to support rolling out new programs
- Participate and facilitate enablement sessions for each major program
- Results and Reporting
- Set global and regional program targets for each program in coordination with manager and customer success operations
- Analyze, report, and optimize program results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisYou must have the following skills and qualifications to be considered for this role:

- 7+ years in relevant software sales, programs management, renewal, or customer success management experience.
- Sound business acumen; deep knowledge of sales & GTM strategy
- Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Strong preference for individuals with experience and familiarity with data analytics/data integration technologies
- Metrics driven and results oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
- Detail oriented and can think clearly
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Openminded and innovative— always open to new ideas, approaches, and feedback
- Positive and forward thinking. Displays passion and excitement for serving internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects

Bachelor’s degree; MBA/advanced degree preferred
