Continuous Improvement Lead

**BUNGE** has an exciting opportunity available for a **Continuous Improvement Lead - Bilbao**. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement activities for Bilbao plant.

**Some responsibilities of the **Continuous Improvement Lead - Bilbao are**:

- Coordinate Bunge Production system (BPS) for the site; responsible for BPS CI pillar; supporting the BPS L&E and L&D pillar.
- Work with CI Market Lead and with Site Leadership to develop annual CI plan.
- Deploy Continuous improvement plan to the shopfloor.
- Maintain Bunge Management Operating System (BMOS) requirements.
- Facilitate /organize plant continuous improvement activities (5S, RCA, standard work, visual management, WPO etc.), reviewing the progress of the programs to make sure that the programs are completed on time & on the right track.
- Actively support recognition program for the site.
- Work with site leadership to ensure that business improvements are sustained.
- Promote CI culture at plant level (communication by newsletters, TV screens etc.).
- Facilitate the Kaizen events and achieve the targets.
- Deliver CI trainings to all employees.
- University degree with major in engineering or related. Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing production or engineering department. sound experience as crew leader or supervisor.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
- Availability for non-frequently travels.
- Sound leadership skill, organizing skill, communication skill, project management skill is needed.
- Good presentation skill, computer skill, Italian and English skill is needed for effective communication of CI concepts and sharing CI experience within and outside of the plant.
- Willing to change, willing to learn and be self started.
- Equipped with the ability of facilitate and agitate people.
- Be open, honest, reliable, integer and flexible.
