Driver for a Car Voice Assistant Project

The goal of this project is to test how a car voice assistant is working, by giving it commands and analysing the responses. The team consists of two people in a car: a Driver and a Tester. The data collected will be send to the Engineering team and used to enhance the performance of the voice assistant.

The driver is responsible for driving the vehicle following the routes prepared by the Project Manager.

This is a pilot stage of a bigger EU project, the start is planned for the end of June - beginning of July with a 1-day training (paid as a normal working day). The project will last for 15 days.

Working schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate the vehicle, following all traffic rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Vehicle Maintenance: A driver should ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition. This includes conducting regular inspections, checking tire pressure, monitoring fluid levels, and promptly reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Navigation and Route Optimization: This includes using GPS systems or maps, staying updated on traffic conditions, and choosing the most appropriate and time-efficient routes.
- Effective Team Communication: In certain situations, drivers may need to communicate and coordinate with other members of a team or organization. Maintaining clear and open communication channels with team members helps ensure smooth operations and efficient coordination.
- Embracing a Positive Attitude: You will spend the whole day with your colleague - Tester, so a knowledge of some good jokes would be a benefit;)

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driving license (at east 3 years)
- Work authorisation for Italy
- Clean driving record
- Love to driving
- Intermediate level of English (for team communication)
- Basic tech-savviness
