**Descripción del empleo** MISSION**

Oversee and support the coordination of the Deliveroo Project between the entities and teams engaged, acting as point of contact of the different stakeholders involved.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As the main project manager for this international project, the main responsibilities are:

- Manage Deliveroo project after the requirements have been approved, know how to position it not only within his/her own Team but also within the Company.
- Defend the interests of all the Teams involved.
- Execute the project and actions, in compliance with the project management rules laid down (compliance with the quality, costs, and deadline terms and conditions described).
- Manage the project, monitoring, and the successful completion of the different actions and/or set of actions within the schedule.
- Identify different stakeholders and support in the work planning.
- Formalise functional requirements.
- Draft (or supervise the drafting) and validate the functional instructions.
- Manage information useful to the project(s) from available documentation (internal or external) and relevant employees.

**Requisitos**
- Good knowledge of Microsot Office Package
