Program Manager Digital Customer Lifecycle

**Job Purpose**: **We are looking for a bright and motivated Consultant to support the design, deployment and improvement of our Solutions Aggregation PACE program and to join as part of our global team driving our digital transformation strategy. Your role is to lead program management of large-scale European sales excellence programs and active support the business innovation process. You will need to seek for active buy-in at various levels; from country sales management up to senior European business management teams. You're an active voice of the customer and role model to foster a culture of customer-centricity and sales excellence. You facilitate European and country management meeting to discuss key enablers and risks during the deploment of the digital scenarios. You're a key contributor to define the change strategy that ensure we can sustain the business innovation. To achieve success, you become an SME in your focus area with strong relationships with central support functions (IT, HR, Marketing, DataCloud, etc.), European Business Units and country teams. **Responsibilities**: - Leads the design and innovation of sales, marketing and customer lifecycle activities and processes that drive profitable share growth and customer satisfaction accross all European countries, cascade down industry best practices through active partnership with European and country Leads the design and innovation of sales, marketing and customer lifecycle activities and processes that drive profitable share growth and customer satisfaction accross all European countries, cascade down industry best practices through active partnership with European and country teams - Leads the design and innovation of sales, marketing and customer lifecycle activities and processes that drive profitable share growth and customer satisfaction accross all European countries, cascade down industry best practices through active partnership with European and country teams - Collaborates with management of local front-office organizations across TD European operations to implement (on-time abd on-budget) sales improvement initiatives aligned to key corporate objectives and segment growth plans - Coaches and develops sales management and staff across the European organization on advanced sales methodologies, processes and tools (sales plays, sales and profit management, automation, digital platforms, customer lifeycle management, etc.) - Leverages and maintains in-depth market knowledge, customer channel and product segment market share understanding to support European and local business management teams with support and advise around strategic sales planning and improvement to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable growth - Key liaison and sounding board TDIT, central support functions (DataCloud, IQBlade, etc.) and in-country business leaders to driving functional & system innovations for sales (CRM, PACE, CXM, sales automation tools, profit tools), and supports the iniative prioritisation and budgeting process - Visible role model to the organization to promote a culture of customer-centricity and sales excellence, able to fully articulate the 'Customer First' vision and our corporate values of inclusion, collaboration, integrity and excellence ***Knowledge, Skills and Experience**: - >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required. - Required Education: Master's / Post graduate Degree in Science or Data Analytics or Economics or similar career experience - Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. - Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. - Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language. - Able to create and conduct formal presentations. - Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above) - Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively. - Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities. - Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. - Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. **TD SYNNEX Statements**: TD SYNNEX is an Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
