**Corporate Development Analyst**

**Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home**

Ebury's strategic growth plan would not be possible without the Corporate Development team and we are seeking a **Corporate Development Analyst** to join the team

The Corporate Development team mission is to assist the business in its growth ambitions from different angles: expanding geographically, supporting mergers and acquisitions, entering into new verticals or business lines, analyzing and developing new business ideas and opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing end-to-end projects to achieve organic and inorganic growth and operational efficiency
- Analyzing new regulatory landscapes and recommending optimal market entry strategies
- Provide support on new licensing initiatives including: business plan development, regulatory form completion, organizational structure design, and more
- Support geographical expansion through financial projections, adapting policies and procedures and control implementation
- Provide regular and structured updates to stakeholders
- Supporting the Corporate Development Team executing strategic plans
- Analysing data to generate actionable growth initiatives
- Working collaboratively with different teams to ensure key strategic projects are successfully delivered
- Continuously evaluate the impact of your work and adapt your plans accordingly

**Background & competencies**:

- Degree in Law, Economics, Business Management or similar
- Previous experience of minimum 1-2 years in consulting, regulated financial services or law firm
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Fluency in English is required
