The main purpose of this role will be to contribute to drive success for their partners and support them on creating a **strategy roadmap and priorities to develop and implement people & talent **processes and policies globally, as well as the **CSR plan** (corporate social responsibility).

The **Global People & Talent Project manager **will work to implement and design the best tactics to support company partners on the following areas:
- Advance Talent Management.
- Optimise Culture & Engagement
- Enhance Performance
- Drives the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda and its workstream
Next to designing support strategy, this person **will **also take responsibility to deliver programs, workshops, and other type of support internationally.
The **Global People & Talent Project Manager** will be a remote position, and intensive traveling across the world (around 50% of the time) will be required during the first year.
**Main responsibilities** of this role will be:
- Influence and contribute to create a People department in all the company partners.
- Implement LMS and create Central e-learning Paths in cooperation with Corporate Central Team.
- Create or/and deliver Leadership Programs
- Participate on Key Position Recruitment processes
- Advise on culture of Health & Safety first.
- Build inclusivity into all we do with strong Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Bets practice sharing on new opportunities to drive enhanced ways of working.
- Bets practice sharing on current incentive frameworks align performance with business goals.
- Create a comprehensive People & Responsible Business digital Manual.
- Drives the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
**Key competences**:
- Proven experience in People & Leadership Management.
- Experience in sustainability and environmental management is a plus, but not a must.
- Digital knowledge
- Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to drive outcomes
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills (English plus local language)
- Availability to travel worldwide
- Ability to implement strategic priorities into action and ensuring ongoing measurement and performance.
- Ability to influence and shape work, progress, and progress without direct ownership or control
- Ability to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas for (internal) social media.
- Aware and sensitive to country specific cultural differences.
