Our Commercial organization leads our global sales and marketing strategies around the world. Our integrated team continues to solidify BioMarin’s commercial presence in the United States and Europe and is rapidly growing in other regions, such as Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

**Commercial Coordinator, Western Europe & Canada**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a smooth-running environment.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, vendors, office supplies and equipment.

**Administrative Support**:

- Project administrative support (submission of event approvals, materials, contract, POs, invoices, vendors, among others).
- Assist with prepare and distribute project-related materials, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with internal events planning and coordination.
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

**Compliance and Regulatory**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications And Skills**

**Essential Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or coordination role with experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as other relevant software and systems.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Other Languages is a plus.

- ** Confidentiality**: Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

**Key Competencies**
- We are seeking a Madrid-based Commercial Coordinator that will report directly to the Country Manager and will have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Head of Western Europe & Canada.
