Quality Manager
Your role
The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality. They help develop, protect, and audit all processes that may affect certain qualities.
It involves monitoring how a company operates through its processes and aims to create an environment that ensures that those processes develop consistent, high-quality products while remaining within budget and on schedule.
Purpose of this position is to provide quality expertise, principles, and methodologies necessary to continually improve.
Quality of Product
- Develop, install, and maintain inspection and test procedures, including economic sampling plans, to determine the quality level of material at appropriate points in the production process.
- Establish quality indicators, identify targets for improvement, and initiate and coordinate corrective actions.
- Reworks and hold products management.
- Extra Inspection tasks management.
Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001-14001
- Define the guidelines for Integrated Management System (SIG)
- Supervise the SGI requirements and the alignment to World Class Manufacturing ( WAM).
- Attendance to audits
- Manage the calibration plan
- Team work approach in whatever SGI activities.
- Lead Quality Committee.
- Manage NC and PAC of audits ISO 9001
Testing
- Test samples management in order to fulfill with the testing plan including those related with product certifications.
- Monitoring of testing results. Implement solutions for quality problems
- Coordinate with Product Conformity Team about testing results.
- .Evaluate product quality and reliability.
Process Control
- Define and implement Non Conform product management.
- Implement problem solution WAM tools for root causes elimination. Quality improvement.
- Monitor and audit of Process Control Points.
- Team work with Focus Improvement and Process Technology.
Customer complaints.
- Manage complaints (external and inter company).
- Investigation of complaints using WAM Tools.
Requirements for the role
Engineering Degree (Chemical Degree very appreciated)
Fluent in English
5-10 years’ experience in Quality purposes in industrial or chemical manufacturing companies
Demonstrable experience of the high level of leadership and seniority to manage and coordinate the Quality function across the Plant.
Experience in Industrial / Chemical companies.
