**Your Job**
SRG Global is looking for an **Advanced** **Quality Manager** to join our team, ideally located within one of the SRG Global Manufacturing Facilities.
We are seeking an advanced quality engineering professional with a passion for customer focus and creating value through continuous improvement in product and process.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead the definition and implementation in EU region of what good looks like the for the Global Advance quality team Vital Few and KPI, connected with the Company's vision and Priorities.
- Build strong relationships with our internal and external customers and support teams to drive mutual benefit. (SQEs, Engineering Management, Plant Managers and Department Managers in SRG Operations, SRG Program Management Leaders, SRG Capability Leaders, etc.)
- Advance Quality SV will be accountable for Production Readiness through the execution of Advanced Quality team roles and responsibilities (Risk mitigation development and launch phase, Staged iPSOs lead, OEE) for program development from NBAN to Gate 6.
- Strengthen the AQE team by connecting them to the SRG Global Vision, priorities, and initiatives, and defining clear RR&E's that deliberately leverage their comparative advantage driving improved business results and optimizing the team.
- Lead risk assessment, escalation, and resolution for outcomes critical to Advanced Quality capability in EU.
- Guide the team to develop quality planning process / documents and implementation of process flow, control plans, PFMEA's, and standard work for early product/process development
- Coach others on the use of quality systems, tools, metrics - OPS Center Quality
- Support molding, plating, and assembly areas in problem-solving during the development stage of production readiness
- Statistical analysis of inspection and dimensional data for improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement advanced quality principles
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience working in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment (Automotive experience connected with quality role).
- English language skills, German desired.
- Experience using statistical tools for data analysis.
- Experience in Problem Solving using Root Cause Analysis methodologies: 5-Why, Cause Mapping, etc.
