Suscribir negocios rentables de acuerdo con los planes de negocio. - Introducir con precisión en el sistema los datos del programa y las cotizaciones. - Asegurarse de que la división del reaseguro en el sistema coincide con el sello de suscripción. - Registro de operaciones todos los riesgos vinculados, cotizados, en curso y rechazados. - Asegurarse de que el expediente está completo y contiene todos los documentos pertinentes. Recabar cualquier elemento pendiente del corredor o del suscriptor antes de la revisión inter pares. - Garantizar que las firmas sean precisas y coherentes con las confirmaciones escritas. - Estar en contacto con los corredores para hacer un seguimiento de las renovaciones pendientes según las instrucciones. - Realizar el seguimiento de los presupuestos pendientes con el corredor correspondiente. - Elaborar los informes estándar y ad hoc necesarios. - Llevar a cabo el control de calidad (QA) - Gestionar las partidas del Informe de Deuda Atrasada y trabajar con Finanzas para reducir el volumen de primas pendientes. - Emitir "Notificaciones de Cancelación" (NOC) según las instrucciones. - Comunicarse frecuentemente con el corredor para establecer el progreso de los cobros de primas. - Cumplimiento todas las normas de suscripción de la compañía, tal como se describen en el Manual de suscripción. - Obtener el visto bueno para todos los negocios que excedan los níveles de autoridad acordados o cuando algún factor esté por debajo de las directrices de calificación. Se valorarán perfiles de UW Assistant con posibilidades y potencial de promocionar a suscripción. Imprescindible nível de inglés alto (se utilizará diariamente).
