**As our Technical Content Creator, you will**:

- Work closely with the team members to identify content required to serve the company and co-drive the technical content strategy for our engineering blog tailored to our engineering branding goals
- Develop, follow, and help to implement our internal communication strategy to give visibility to the teams and convey the importance of the different rules, projects and changes of the security and infrastructure teams
- Create great engineer and non-engineer focused content that goes beyond traditional documentation, in a variety of formats: posters, blogs, videos, tutorials, playbooks, guides, articles, and any other educational material
- Create and present or help the team to present all webinar content for security and infrastructure related topics
- Own and create our handbooks, in close collaboration with the engineers, and bring it to the next level
- Track, measure, and report on content impact

**Requirements**:

- Good technical communication, translate complex engineering concepts into creative content storytelling, non-tech-centric messaging
- Driven - you’re outgoing and proactive, not afraid to own a project and see it to completion, resolving any impediments quickly and without conflict
- Collaborative - you enjoy working with people, you are open to feedback, and quick to communicate when you need information or have ideas
- Organized - you understand that clear processes and attention to detail are vital in content creation and collaborative projects
- Excellent written English, with accurate editing and proofreading skills, ideally with demonstrable experience of written documentation
- Ability to develop and nurture internal client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

**Nice-to-haves**
- You have at least a year experience in technical content writing and research, with demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly (personal or professional)
- Ideally you will own or work for a technical-oriented blog
- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design tools
