At **Vantage Towers Spain**, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Head of Finance **to lead our financial operations and strategy. As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

This position requires a strong leader with proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Financial Control: Supervising and managing all aspects related to the company's finances, including financial reporting, performance analysis, and financial risk management.
- Operations and Accounting: Ensuring that daily financial operations are conducted efficiently and accurately, including overseeing accounting processes, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Insurance: Managing the company's insurance policies, assessing risks, and ensuring adequate coverage to protect the company's assets and liabilities.
- Auditing: Coordinating and overseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and obligations, including timely filing of tax returns and managing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic investments, as well as optimizing working capital efficiency.

**What you bring**:

- 10+ years experience in financial areas.
- High analytical capacity to evaluate financial impacts, identify risks and opportunities.
- Strong financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles, desirable in telco companies or large organizations.
- Partnership approach with business leaders and proficiency in collaborating within different teams, high sense of team player.
- Proficient communication skills, high negotiation capacity and ability to influence decisions.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a focus on achieving results, hands on mentality and problem solving.
