The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Finance Manager/Finance Director, within a multinational company. Experience working with LATAM will be highly desirable. Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP for Iberia and Latin American countries. Advanced proficiency in SAP. Proficiency in English is required.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountingEnsures all accounting activities are compliant with both group and local requirements.Transactional accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Credit Management are executed by a Global Business Center or local external accounting firms.Remains accountable for the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Oversees coordination with local tax advisors for tax compliance and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate filings.Manages VAT and other tax obligations, customs,
