Importante empresa desarrolladora y proveedora líder mundial de tecnologías de procesos, automatización y servicios para papelera, con ubicación en Zaragoza, requiere incorporar un/a **Automation Senior Service Engineer.**

**Tu nuevo puesto**

Como Automation Senior Service Engineer, reportando al Service Manager, la persona seleccionada deberá brindar servicio al cliente, como auditoría, solución de problemas y servicios de guardia, y participará en implementaciones de proyectos relacionados con Sistemas de control de calidad (QCS) y Controles de procesos avanzados (APC).

Entre sus responsabilidades estarán hacer el seguimiento del cliente identificando posibles actualizaciones y necesidades de capacitación, lineamientos de aseguramiento de la calidad, estado de los equipos instalados y propuesta de acciones correctivas, seguimiento del proceso de entrega, repuestos y garantías para asegurar una satisfacción y soporte permanente del cliente, la optimización del control analizando e identificando posibilidades de mejora de procesos a través de acciones de control, seguimiento de proyectos de optimización para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, y el soporte a ventas asistiendo al Service Manager en la fase de ventas para la cotización de servicios y equipos, siguiendo el proceso de entrega y dando asistencia comercial para soluciones a las necesidades del cliente.
