**Your Role**:As Senior Business Partner IT Marketing & Sales, you will act as a dedicated point of contact and strategic partner for all Marketing and Sales related IT matters and projects (e.g. CRM/SFDC, Pricing, Business Intelligence). You will proactively establish and handle relationships with Marketing and Sales as well as Commercial Excellence teams and executives in our Semiconductor Materials business. Your key responsibilities include demand
- and portfolio management and service
- and complaint management following ITIL standard methodologies. You will act as a business domain expert as well as a technology advisor in the related area, understanding the priorities and guiding the business through the digital transformation always striving for commercial excellence. By creating IT roadmaps and translating business capabilities into value-adding, cost-efficient IT solutions, you help to craft their digital agenda. As part of your portfolio management responsibility, you will be accountable for defining, steering, and delivering the global Marketing and Sales IT project portfolio for Semiconductor Materials. In collaboration with dedicated project managers, you will be leading all aspects of all projects in the IT portfolio, supporting the creation of proven business cases, and ensuring effective delivery and alignment to budget and time.

Position based in Spain, open to considering different locations.

**Who you are:
- You have a Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics; Business Administration or related disciplines
- You have extensive professional experience (6+ years) in Marketing & Sales and/or IT positions with a broad range of exposure to technical IT environments (e.g., SFDC, Pricing tools, BW/BI systems), digitalization, data analytics and business IT architectures
- You have notable leadership experience in designing and executing technology strategies and/or project portfolios
- You have the ability to build and champion relationships with the senior business
- and IT executives
- You have outstanding communication and presentation skills at the senior management level, proficient in English
- You have a proven foundation in project management methodology
- You have the ability to cope with sophisticated and unclear problems that require alignment with different team members and translate business challenges into innovative IT concepts from proof of concept to productive usage
- You have a proactive and collaborative attitude with superb conceptual, problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong willingness to continuously develop and grow
