Overview:

The IT Business Partner will act as a bridge between business units and IT, supporting the alignment of technology initiatives with organizational needs. This role involves assisting in stakeholder communication, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting IT projects, and contributing to the improvement of IT services and solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Business Partner will involve**:

- Build strong business relationships with the business units to understand their goals, objectives, and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into actionable IT projects and solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and the business areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communicate IT priorities, capabilities, and constraints effectively to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure project alignment.
- Manage risks, budgets, and effective communication of changes.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related area).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related role, with exposure to cross-functional teams and projects.
- Familiarity with commonly used IT tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP) is desirable.
- Understanding of business processes and how IT solutions can support them.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Visionary and innovative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
