FUNCTIONS Actualmente, y como parte del desarrollo de una de sus principales marcas dirigidas a clientes Premium de Hostelería / On Trade, estamos buscando un/a Brand Development Manager que tendrá como misión ganar clientes finales premium del canal Horeca en el centro de Madrid, logrando estándares de ejecución brillantes con la marca y portfolio. Tu objetivo será la apertura de nuevos clientes en la zona Centro de Madrid, así como gestión de la actual cartera. Entre tus principales funciones, y en dependencia del Country Manager, destacamos: - Consecución de nuevos clientes premium en zonas seleccionadas del centro de Madrid, con barril y botella, para gestionar integralmente a los clientes (contrato, ejecución, pedidos, pagos, visibilidad, etc.) • Maximizar de forma brillante la visibilidad de la marca en los clientes, el ROI y la calidad de los clientes en las zonas seleccionadas para mejorar las credenciales de procedencia y brand face place story, brindando la mejor ejecución de marca a través de planes de activación en clientes definidos y planes de cuentas de clientes personalizados alineados con el plan de marca. • Transmitir pasión la marca y portfolio para defender el producto tanto interna como externamente, mediante entrenamiento, argumentación comercial, conocimiento y ejecución. Nuestro candidato/a ideal aportará: - Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative o similares. - Experiencia en empresas de Cervezas o Bebidas. - Experiencia y conocimiento del canal horeca en zona centro de Madrid. - Sensibilidad de marketing y creación de marca. - Fuerte perspicacia comercial y destreza en la negociación. Habilidades para establecer nuevos contactos y clientes potenciales. - Persuasión, con fuertes habilidades de influencia. - Capacidad para alcanzar metas, identificar necesidades de los clientes y del negocio. - Buena organización del trabajo, suficiente autonomía para llevar a cabo las tareas asignadas. - Experiencia en activaciones y ejecuciones de trade marketing en el punto de venta. - Colaborativo y orientado a la acción. - Tenaz, entusiasta y flexible. - Habilidades informáticas y de gestión del tiempo. - Inglés
