Il ruolo, all’interno di Quality Assurance, prevede le seguenti attività:

- partecipare allo sviluppo dei nuovi modelli di gioiello, valutando e indirizzando i suggerimenti scaturiti in fase di preserie
- prendersi carico del passaggio di consegne da Industrializzazione a Produzione, con approvazione dei campioni, formazione degli addetti su processi specifici e monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei primi lotti
- supportare la Produzione con focus sui processi e sul rispetto della scheda técnica
- partecipare attivamente ai DPM e ai Problem Solving, contribuendo ad una tempestiva identificazione delle criticità e alla ricerca di soluzioni
- contribuire al miglioramento continuo della qualità dei prodotti per soddisfare obiettivi di riduzione delle non conformità

Profilo

**Competenze e requisiti**:

- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico o Laurea
- significativa esperienza nel settore orafo, al banco o in un ruolo di supervisione técnica all’interno della produzione
- conoscenza degli strumenti e delle tecniche produttive di oreficeria
- orientamento all’eccellenza e attenzione ai dettagli
- capacità di gestire progetti
- assertività e capacità di negoziazione
- disponibilità a trasferte brevi in Italia
