Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between diverse teams to drive alignment and collaboration. Preparation of material and presentations: Organize and deliver high quality content for C-levels meetings following our method. Adapting to Dynamic Environments: Execute tasks quickly and effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Proactive Task Execution: Identify and solve problems autonomously to keep projects on track. RequirementsWe are looking fororganized, communicative, and results-driven talentwho can thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. You will excel in this role if you have: Experience in project management support or operations roles. Strong organizational skills with a proficient command of Excel. Outstanding communication skills to engage large teams and confidently interact with C-level executives. A hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving. Fluent English and Spanish (French and German are highly valued).
