**What would you do working with us?**

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be working closely not only with the Sales Team but also with the Marketing and Operations Teams in order to gain a holistic view of the business and provide taylormade proposals to keep our sales growing. Your attention will be focused on three main areas:

- Strategy and transformation: understand and assess how our teams work and implement solutions to help them reach their goals.
- Business controlling: identify, analyze, prioritize, implement and monitor business drivers that impact sales performance.
- Business reporting: extract, transform and generate data insights and reporting in order to support decision-making.

**What would we need from you to be successful in this role?**
- 5+ years of experience as a sales or business analyst
- Detail driven and independent.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or business analysis tools.
- Organized, structured and enjoy problem solving.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Digital literacy in an agile hybrid working environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

**Nice to have**
- Proficient with SQL.
- Salesforce platform product knowledge.
- A demonstrated interest in renewable or photovoltaic energies

This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work completely remotely if you prefer. We have a beautiful office in downtown Barcelona, where you are welcome to work if that suits you.
