We are looking for a proactive and strategic Head of Operations to lead and manage a Danish real estate company while closely collaborating with our Spanish company, Forge Works. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys optimizing business operations, and is eager to take on leadership responsibility.

**About Us**

We operate a Danish real estate company, and as Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring its smooth daily operations and strategic growth. Additionally, you will work closely with our Spanish company, Forge Works, which specializes in administrative work, design, finance, and IT. You will be working closely with a team of three in Spain, and together, we will collaborate with real estate professionals in Denmark to ensure seamless operations.

**Our goal?** To build a well-structured, innovative, and high-performing business.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows for the Danish real estate company.
- Structure, delegate, and follow up on tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Work with CRM systems and Excel to manage data, reporting, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, optimize systems, and drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with Forge Works.
- Be part of a fast-growing company, where your ideas and leadership will make a real impact.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in operations management or administration (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and CRM systems.
- A structured, problem-solving mindset, able to work both independently and as a leader.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a focus on results.
- Fluent English is required (Danish is a plus but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
