We are looking for an experienced and reliable Business Assistant to join our Another Brother's team. They are a small, dynamic group and now need a structured and self-driven person to take responsibility for office operations, administrative support, and business administration.
**About the Role**:
As a Business Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your role will be broad and dynamic, covering both operational and administrative tasks, supporting company management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Office Administration - Assist in setting up and organizing the new office, ensuring a smooth workflow, and handling practical tasks, including purchasing office supplies.
- Calendar & Meeting Management - Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel when needed.
- Business Administration - Support financial management, including bookkeeping, invoice handling, payments, receipt management, and payroll processing.
- Communication & Contact Point - Act as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- General Administration - Handle various administrative tasks related to daily business operations.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Knowledge of Business Administration, including Spanish corporate procedures, taxation, and financial management.
- Confident in handling bank administration, payroll processing, and invoice management.
- Structured & Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
