Generates test documentation and executes tests to verify that the system performs as required. Works independently and is the primary contact with development services. Organizes, designs plans, directs, and assists in all the activities required for the test effort.
- Develops test documentation and performs tests
- Participates in projecting meetings and meetings with the client
- Applies principles and techniques to evaluate systems during development
- Recording, reporting, and tracking defects to accurately depict the status of the system
- Recommends continuous improvements within the Central Control System.
- Ensures data integrity by evaluating and recommending appropriate software and hardware solutions
- Consults with management and staff regarding development, testing and installation problems or malfunctions and recommends solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer or Telecommunication Engineering
- Knowledge of different software cycles and test methodologies.
- Experience in testing (ideally with complex transactional systems)
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Availability to travel
- English and Spanish spoken and written.
- Other knowledge such as languages and titles related to testing and additional experience will be valued.
