At FYTE, International Recruiting firm, we are seeking for one of our clients a passionate and driven individual to join its team as a Key Account Manager (KAM). The KAM plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key retailers. As a KAM, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and capitalizing on sales opportunities to achieve sustainable growth targets within your customer portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive Key Account Plans, incorporating valuable insights from customer surveys.
Define the customer contact matrix and implement effective communication strategies, engaging with key stakeholders.
Prepare for customer meetings using market intelligence, including shopper insights and revenue management data, and collaborate with category management experts when necessary.
Achieve sales and margin targets while adding value to the product category for your customers.
Manage working capital efficiently, maintaining forecasting accuracy and promptly addressing overdue accounts.
Analyze sales performance against internal targets and market trends, identifying new opportunities for action.
Provide regular reports on customer sales evolution, news, and updated Key Account plans as required to meet our business objectives.
Conduct regular store visits to gather market intelligence, identify key actions, and share findings with the team.
Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as delegated by the company in compliance with applicable laws.
**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration.
A Master's degree in Sales or Sales and Marketing is highly valued.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Proven track record of 3-5 years in Sales Account Management.
Prior experience in category management and/or product management is appreciated.
Experience in the hygienic disposables market is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with the private label market is a plus.
**Language**: Spanish (native) and English (fluent).
