**The role**

**Expected Functions / Key Results**:

- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation**, configuration, data migration, and working with **Marketing Cloud Connect**, and other Integrations
- Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams.
- Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage **multiple customer solutions and projects **effectively.
- Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data.
- Design, build, and deliver tailored **Salesforce solutions for the business **using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
- Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes.
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.
- Track record for delivering **marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment**, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years**' experience working hands-on in **Marketing Cloud and Sales or Service Cloud implementations**, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
- Conceptual understanding, to be able to e**stablish data models, work with API's and configurations.**:

- Knowledge of **1+ of the 6 programming languages in SFMC**:AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language.**:

- Nice to have proficiency with **Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement.**:
Certifications:

- **Marketing Cloud Consultant**:

- **Sales or/and Service Cloud Consultant**

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you have:

- Experience with **multiple Salesforce Clouds.**:

- Desirable experience: Datorama, Informatica/Jitterbit/Talend/Dell Boomi, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio & Google Analytics (360).

**What can you expect from our hiring process**

**1st step**: Cultural fit interview**

**2nd step: Technical test**

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

**3rd step: Technical Interview with the team**

After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
