**Job Description Summary**:
The Project Controls - Demand Planner is responsible to ensure that demand for resources, materials and tools are aligned with the latest planning of commercial projects. The planner supports projects that are awarded (OTR) as well as high probability deals still in commercial negotiation (ITO). The Demand planner is fully in charge of a portfolio of projects end to end.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the update of demand (material demand planning including demand and supply LOBs for components & resources
- Support allocation decisions (resources, materials) when needed by providing impact analysis on Onshore Wind KPIs (on time delivery, extra costs, LDs, cash)
- Conduct portfolio analysis on project critical activities and interact necessary stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation plans to offset delay or supply constraints
- Facilitate the GE ONW cross-functional S&OE process
- Create contractual schedules for high probability deals in ITO and perform material and resource demand reconciliation for current and high probability deals
- Support and manage the ECO-; URP- and miss part process with Engineering, Supply Chain and Project Managers
- Create, develop and maintain Project Portfolio Reports
- Update and manage resource & material demand planning for third parties supporting project execution.

The demand planner role is a pivotal role in the organization which functions as a critical internal interface between Project Managers, Project Schedulers, Cost Controllers, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Operations & inventory.

**Required Qualifications**
- BS / BA Degree preferably in Technical or Business discipline or finished apprenticeship in commercial sector
- Knowledge and in Planning / Scheduling / Monitoring / Cost Controls
- Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel
- Strong Analytical skills
- Self-motivated, excellent work prioritization, highly reliable, team player
- Fluent English language skills
**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Green Belt certification desire
- Fluency in additional EU Language, preferably Spanish
